ElectroMaze Air Filters position statement regarding the European Union (EU) REACH (Regulation, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemicals)
The materials (as described in documentation of REACH) supplied to you by ElectroMaze Air Filters do not exceed or employed into the making of our material, as described in SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern).
We do not test or analyze for ingredients, SVHC as listed in article 57 or REACH. We have contacted our raw material suppliers and they have provided Statements that their material supplied is free or less than 0.1% of material as described in the SVHC list. Article 33 (1) of the REACH regulation is not mandated in this case due to the fact, to the best of our knowledge, none of the substances listed are contained or exceed in any of our raw materials.
